About the registration to participate

The event will be held at the venue on-site + as an on-demand streaming session (partially), but if you apply to make a presentation, you will be required to make your presentation at the venue on-site, so please make sure to follow and complete the registration procedures.

Please check carefully

◆ Those who have completed the pre-registration procedures will be given an on-demand ID/PASS at the congress venue.
◆ Those who have completed the pre-registration procedures but are unable to attend the meeting for some reason, will be informed of their ID/PASS after payment of the difference with the on-demand registration fee. (The method will be announced on the website after the annual meeting.)
◆ On-demand registration and its fee are for those who do not plan to attend the annual meeting in person at the venue, but will participate and watch the meeting via on-demand streaming at a later date. In addition, please note that the on-demand registration procedures will also close once on Thursday, July 31st at 2:00 p.m.
◆ Those who have completed the on-demand registration procedures will be able to come and attend the annual meeting in person at the venue, but no refund of the difference in the fees will be accepted for any reason.
◆ Registration for the luncheon seminar will open on June 12th. Please complete the registration procedures via “My Page” created when following pre-registration procedures.
